Build a routine around your base.
Choose a branch near where you stay before planning a café across town. Save its exact profile and compare the address, drink choices and published schedule. Keep one second branch in the same area for a short stop.
Give work and coffee different plans.
For a laptop session, ask about calls, sockets, seating duration and any minimum order. Buy coffee to suit the time you need; a takeaway order and an afternoon desk session ask different things of the same branch.
Use the week you are actually here.
Check for a dated holiday-hours notice when your stay overlaps a festival. The broad season label supplies context; the branch’s own notice supplies the timetable. Ask about beans by bag size and roast date if you want coffee for your accommodation.
Your coffee-stop questions.
Will high season change café prices?
Use dated branch menus for your drink and size. A season label supplies no price forecast.
Where should I start a longer café workday?
Start with your neighbourhood, then ask the branch about laptop permission, power and calls before settling in.
Choose your branch.
