Correction checklist

What to send

A short, specific correction is easier to match to the right branch and verify.

This identifies the exact café and avoids mixing similarly named branches.

Tell us whether it is the address, hours, phone, opening status or another specific item.

Include a public café, operator or issuing-source URL and the date you checked it.

Private customer information is not needed. Invitations, discounts and complimentary products do not replace verifiable public information.

Verification path

A submitted URL is evidence to assess, not an automatic replacement for the existing record.

The venue name, unit or address must resolve to the same branch before a fact can change.

If admissible sources still disagree, the field remains held or conflicted and the uncertainty stays visible.

An accepted change is appended to the evidence chain with its source and check date rather than silently rewriting the history.
