Built this site because listicles rank Starbucks beside a garden cafe and call it specialty. Short on patience for comps, press visits, and anyone who asks for a ranking before the cups are scored.
For Issue 01 the audit is conducted by the editor-in-chief. From Issue 02 onward, additional editors will be added to broaden coverage; their names will not be published — anonymity protects the audit. Bills are filed, audited, and retained by the editor-in-chief, regardless of who walked in.

Pattaya Coffee publishes one numbered issue per season. Issue 01 has thirty files live and zero scorecards filed — ranks publish cafe by cafe as audits complete. Today's brew rotates across the sixteen published previews only. The shortlist is closed at thirty; Issue 02 opens planning after the first audit wave.
What we don't publish
