Albatross Coffee Roasters, on Beach Road, is an owner-roaster running fifteen-plus single origins and a serious bean program; Malamute Coffee, opposite Pattaya Memorial Hospital on Soi Pattaya Klang 15, is a minimalist hideout pulling a custom three-origin blend on a La Marzocco and baking its own croissants. Backstreet House runs two bars — light roast and bold — with a garden and a koi pond, before pivoting to cocktails in the evening.
