Beachfront is the vibe Pattaya should, by geography, own — and mostly squanders. The city is built along the water, from Pattaya Beach through the Pratumnak cliff edge to the longer sweep of Jomtien sand, and the sea-facing real estate is some of the most valuable in town. Most of it sells coffee to a passing tourist who will never return: sweet, fast, forgettable. A sea view and a serious cup rarely share an address, which is precisely why the few that manage both stand out so hard.

The honest state of this page is thin, and the editors are not going to pad it. No cafe here has yet been verified. Sunset Coffee Roasters is the strongest beachfront-adjacent name in the research — a roasting factory on Beach Road running both a Speed Bar for espresso and a Slow Bar for manual brews — and it appears on the View page on the same evidence. The two entries listed here sit at research-only status. Atelier Coffee surfaced once, in coffeeculture.asia, as a Jomtien-beach specialty pick; the name may be mis-transliterated and the location is unconfirmed. Summer House Pattaya, in Na Jomtien, is a beach-club-at-night venue whose coffee runs through an 8presso partnership — promising, but the morning program is unverified.

What a reader should know: "beachfront" in Pattaya is a spectrum. A cafe can face the sand, sit one soi back with a sliver of blue, or perch above the Pratumnak rocks — all reasonably called beachfront, all very different to drink at. Wind, glare and salt are real factors; an open sea-facing terrace at midday is a different room from a shaded one at six.

The play for now is to treat this page as an open question rather than a route. Issue 01 is a pre-audit research preview, and the beachfront category is where Pattaya's coffee scene has the most still to prove. The editors consider an anonymous walk of the sand an outstanding task.
